Welcome to Hazy Bot ("Hazy", "the Bot", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hazy Discord bot and its associated services, including this website. By inviting Hazy to your Discord server, using its commands, or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hazy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. You also agree to abide by the Discord Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) and Discord Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines) at all times while using the Service.

2. License to Use

Hazy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot within the Discord platform as intended by its features.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Engage in any form of spamming, flooding, or disruptive behavior within servers where Hazy is present or directed at the Service itself.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten other users.
  • Engage in or promote doxing (sharing private information without consent).
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or its source code.
  • Use the bot in any malicious manner or for any illegal purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Hazy bot service or any of its features (including premium features, if applicable) without explicit written permission from us.

4. Payments and Refunds

Refund Policy: Refunds for any paid services associated with Hazy will only be issued in cases where an error directly attributable to Hazy or its team prevents the intended use of the purchased service. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for user error, dissatisfaction without demonstrable service failure, or bans resulting from violations of these Terms.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for any payment made for Hazy services without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in an immediate and permanent ban and blacklist from all Hazy services.

5. Termination and Blacklisting

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service, blacklist your Discord account or server ID from using Hazy, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service.

Specific actions that may result in a permanent blacklist include, but are not limited to: malicious use of the bot, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, reselling the service, severe harassment facilitated via the bot, or chargebacks on payments.

6. Disclaimers

"As-Is" Service: Hazy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Hazy or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via Discord announcement or website notice). What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
